Does the hotel provide free Wi-Fi?

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in the lobby. To have Wi-Fi access in guest rooms you need to purchase via Ameritania landing page; $9.95/day for 2 devices.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind equipment do you have? What are the hours?

We have a complimentary fitness center available for 24 hours. Fitness center is equipped with free weights stations, cardio stations (treadmill & bicycle) and multipurpose station for weight lifting.

Do you have a business center?

No

Do you offer free shuttle services from the airport?

We do not offer free shuttle services.

We do not offer valet parking:

Self Parking:

$40 for a car or $50 for an SUV (24hours, no in & out privileges). Have your icon ticket stamped at the front desk to receive our special rate. Garage is located (1700 Broadway, New York, NY 10019; ICON PARKING)

I booked through an online travel agent website, other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You would need to reach out to the source directly. (ie: booking.com & expedia.com)

Do you offer an in-room safe for guests?

All of our guest rooms are equipped with in-room safes for your convenience.

Is the hotel room equipped with a mini-fridge?

All of our guest rooms are equipped with fully stocked private bar (charged based on consumptions). Per request and availability; we can send up an extra fridge. To empty out fully stocked mini bar; a one-time service charge of $50 will be applied to your final bill.

Do you offer a complimentary morning coffee and tea?

We do offer complimentary morning coffee and tea in our breakfast area. The buffet is an additional $10.95/person.

Do you have a restaurant on site? Room Service? Bar or Lounge?

We serve American breakfast onsite daily from 6:30AM to 10:00AM daily. American breakfast buffet is $18/person, plus tax and service.  Prices subject to change.

Twist Bar and Lounge is open every day serving cocktails and drinks from 5PM-12PM.

Room service is offered through a 3rd party diner 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

Can I store my luggage with the hotel upon check out? Is there a fee?

Registered hotel guests can store luggage with us without a fee during the day of check in or check out. Overnight baggage storage has a fee of $5/night per bag.

Is your hotel affiliated with any airlines for mileage points?

We do not have a loyalty program established as we are an independent lifestyle hotel. However, we monitor our repeat and corporate clients where we offer complimentary upgrades and courtesy early check in / late check out (based on business demand).

What is hotel pet policy?

Ameritania cannot accommodate pets.

Can a guest have packages sent to the hotel? Is there a fee?

Guests are welcome to receive incoming packages however there is a $5 package fee per incoming package.

What is the minimum age to stay in your hotel?

At least one occupant of the room needs be 21 years or older with a valid ID and credit card.
